My plan was to first find some grommets that would best blend in with the panels. Next buy a drill bit for cutting holes that was close to the same size. Then cut the two holes and pop the grommets in. To mark the panels, I put them in place with the coilovers out of the car and I hit them with yellow spray paint through the hole from the wheel well. Now I can just drill/cut the two holes right where the paint marked the panels. The two holes may not be exactly in the same place but they should be damn close.
